Friday – June 2 : Welcome
(at 3pm and 5 pm, guided tour of the Park and of the symbols)
Saturday – June 3: Messengers European Meeting
Sunday – June 4: Inauguration of the Hall
at 3.30 pm: ceremonies
REGISTRATION
The participation fee is 25 € per day
For the 3 days the fee is 70 €
Kids: 10 € per day
You will find the stands for the registration close to the Hall and to the Center of work
Included in the participation fee:
- welcome kit
- bottled water for the day
- refreshment point with fruit, drinks and snacks for the day
- lunch
- Nibbiano-Roncaglie round trip transportation
Dinners not included.
DINNERS
Dinners will not be served in the Park, but in the context of the “Festa delle Rose” fair in Trevozzo, a village at about 10 minutes distance from Nibbiano.
HOW TO REACH TREVOZZO: From the Parking in Nibbiano, drive back on the provincial road for about 7km, following the directions to Castel San Giovanni/Trevozzo.
You will see the fair from the road and will find directions to different parking areas. There will be tables reserved to Parco Casa Giorgi.
HOW TO REACH THE PARK
The organized shuttles leave from Nibbiano’s square, close to the Bar “La Baracca”, every 20 minutes.
The shuttle will leave you in Roncaglie (except for those who has problems walking or other particular needs).
For those who have luggage, there will be the possibility to leave them in Rocaglie, in the place that will be indicated.
From there it will be necessary to walk on a dirt road, uphill, 1 km long (about 20 minutes)

Uphill
- Friday June 2: from 11 am to 1pm
- Saturday June 3: from 9 am to noon
- Sunday June 4: from 9 am to noon
Downhill
- Friday June 2: from 7 pm to 9 pm
- Saturday June 3: from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm
- Sunday June 4: from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm
Unfortunately, to arrive in different times from those above, makes difficult to grant to get to the Park. We know we’re asking a lot, but rest assured that your effort in comply with the times and with the given indications will be repaid with everlasting gratitude from the organizers 😀
Once in the park, the plan is to stay there till the evening (excluding exceptions), so we suggest to bring with you all that you may need during the day.
Some useful informations:
In Nibbiano, close to the welcome point, you may find
- several bars and a tobacco shop
- a supermarket – open from 8.30am to 12.30 (on Saturday also from 4pm to 7pm)
- public restrooms
- a pharmacy (closed on Sunday) tel. +39 0523 990427
- The open pharmacy on Friday and during the nights will be the one in Trevozzo
USEFUL INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE PARK
The Park is completely surrounded by nature, it has uphill and downhill dirt paths, we suggest to wear comfortable dresses and shoes, to bring with you a mosquito repellent and, if you want, a lawn cloth.
There will be a medical point.
Water
Given the difficult water situation in the Park it is necessary to be very careful and use only the strictly necessary water, to chose the chemical toilets and to follow the instructions provided by the organization.
This point is very important, everyone’s attention and care will help us a lot to avoid inconvenience or complications, and for this we thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience! The water in the Park is not drinkable, bottled water will be made available. You will be given a small bottle at the start of the day and in the Park you will find water points where you can fill it up once it’s finished. If you prefer, bring a water bottle.
Telephones and wi-fi
We can’t grant wi-fi connection for everyone, the password will be shared by the organization with those who will ask it, only in case of need
Weather
In June, temperatures can fluctuate between 15 and 28 degrees.
It is hot in the Park during the day, but at sunset the
temperatures can drop, so it is advisable to bring warmer
clothes and shoes suitable even in case of rain. To consult the weather, enter the location: Alta Val Tidone.
INFOS ABOUT TRANSPORTATION
For those who arrive with organized bus
The buses will leave from Milan on Friday morning, 2 June, at 9 am in Famagosta at the Esselunga’s Atlantic coffee bar. Expected arrival around 11 am at the reception point in Nibbiano. In the evening, after dinner, the shuttles will take you back to the hotel of reference.

From Turin: (about 190 km, highway) Highway A21 Genova-Piacenza, exit Castel San Giovanni, former SS 412 to Nibbiano.
From Milan:
With Highway (a little bit longer): A1, exit Piacenza Sud – E70 – A21 Torino Brescia. Take Torino Brescia to Torino and exit in Castel San Giovanni, forme SS 412 to Nibbiano.
Without Highway (about 90 km): from via Ripamonti former SS412 (Landriano, Torrevecchia Pia, Villanterio, Inverno, Castel San Giovanni, Nibbiano).
Parking in Nibbiano
Once in Nibbiano, at the roundabout, you will find the “La Baracca” bar in the square, take the first exit and drop off any passengers in front of the bar, at the reception point. Instead, the car must be parked not far away: go back to the roundabout, cross the bridge and immediately turn right towards Roncaglie. Park the car after about 100 meters (there will be signs and parking attendants). Direct access to the Park from Nibbiano is allowed only with organized shuttles or staff cars.

The cost of the ordinary ticket (valid for 90 minutes) is €2.20. Tickets can be purchased at automatic ticket machines (they also accept credit cards) in the subways, at newsstands, on the ATM Milano APP. It can also be accessed directly with a credit/debit card. The last runs of the subways are around midnight, but they are replaced by night buses on the more frequent lines. The 90 and 91 bus runs day and night. Several other night lines are activated on weekends.

Airports.
It is possible to exchange money at the airport, but the exchange rate is not very convenient. From the airports there are shuttles that take you to the main stations of Milan (Central station and Cadorna station). Tickets can be purchased directly from the shuttle driver or from the staff at the shuttle itself (about €10)
