On August 7th the first meeting of the new process of discipline will take place.
In order to prepare the materials to be used at the meeting, we ask all those who will participate at the Casa Giorgi Park to communicate which discipline they have chosen by sending an email to parchicasagiorgi@gmail.com by Wednesday, July 28th.
We inform you that in any case there is time until the moment of the registration, on August 7th , to choose or change the discipline; after that it will no longer be possible.
Program of the meeting
The meeting starts at 8.00 am and ends at 20.00
8.00 Registration of participants – Payment of costs of the meeting – Delivery of materials
- 9.30 “Where we are” (Video, 1 hour)
- 10.30 Interchange in groups
- 11.30 Coffee break
- 12.00 Antecedents of the Disciplines (Video, 30 minutes)
- 12.30 Lunch Break
Division into areas for Discipline
- 13.30 Presentation of each discipline (Video, 1 hour and 30 minutes) and interchange in groups
- 16.00 Coffee Break
- 17.00 First Quatern of each Discipline (Video, 30 minutes). Interchange and beginning of work
During the day water, tea, biscuits and coffee will be available, but each participant must bring lunch.
The contribution required to cover the cost of the day is 20 € per person.
To facilitate the arrival at the park, the appointment is, as usual, at the parking in Nibbiano at 7.30, in the little wooden bar. It ‘s very important to go with as few cars as possible and to fill them with four or five people. There will be a shuttle service for those who have difficulty to walk.
It is recommended to those who do not feel safe in the final part of the road, to park their car in Nibbiano, Roncaglie or in one of the recommended places).
